ABOUT FOX FUDGE

My name is Mike Fox.  I have lived in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, for the past 20+ years.  I was born and raised in Mars Hills, North Carolina.  The idea for Fox Fudge was born in November 2021. In January 2022, it became a reality. The reason I have established Fox Fudge is simple. 

I have worked in a customer service/delivery-oriented industry for most of my adult life. It all started in 1989 when I began delivering milk door-to-door. This fueled my passion for meeting people and forming relationships while providing a needed and satisfying service. My wife, Tammye, and I have been married since 2002. We worked together pushing milk and ice cream products for a number of years. After soul searching and deciding that we wanted out of the corporate rat race, I took a transportation position, and she started doing special events as a hobby in 2014. She also was the primary caregiver to her mother and several Seniors in our lives. After her mother’s passing in 2021, we both needed something more meaningful and enjoyable.  Life is short, after all, and we wanted to do something that made us both smile.  After a few years of her dragging me along to these events, this truly became a passion that we both shared. We wanted to work together, meet old and new friends, eat good food, especially sugary-sweet treats, and offer a unique product that EVERYONE would love. We had tossed around starting a small business to aid in our retirement for a few years now. This seemed to be the perfect opportunity at this stage in our life.

After much research and taste testing, we discovered a unique, creamy, ultra-smooth, rich, decadent fudge that unmatched anything else on the market. Plus, it is made and packaged right here in Tennessee.  It is called “The Ultimate Fudge” for a reason. Every batch is made from scratch, stirred, and cooked over an open flame with meticulous care by artisan fudge makers who take extreme pride in knowing that every bite will be the best you’ve ever had.  We do NOT take any shortcuts and only use the finest ingredients, using only pure cane sugar, Dutch cocoa, Belgian chocolate, AA grade butter, sweet cream, and sustainable palm oil.
